9月21日,工业和信息化部办公厅以工信厅科【2012】182号文件,印发2012年第三批行业标准制修订计划的通知。该计划的编制遵循产业发展需求、市场需要、协调配套的原则。编制重点包括:1.优先编制有利于实施产业政策、产业调整与振兴规划,推动行业技术进步,引导产业结构调整和优化,市场准入、规范市场经济秩序的标准项目。
On September 21, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on the revision of the third batch of industry standard systems in 2012 with Document No. [2012] 182 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The preparation of the plan follows the principle of industrial development, market needs and coordination. Key points of preparation include: 1. Prioritizing standards projects that are conducive to the implementation of industrial policies, industrial restructuring and rejuvenation plans, technological advances in industries, guiding industrial restructuring and optimization, market access, and standardizing the market economy.
