由于我国石油工业的迅速发展,铁路部门每日要提供大量的罐车装运石油和石油产品。为了不断提高罐车的洗刷质量,缩短洗刷时间,以适应新的形势,有必要进行洗罐作业方法的改进。为此,我们进行了机械化洗刷罐车的试验工作。主要是;试验洗罐器的性能,測定生产使用所需的数据资料,观察洗罐效果,改进现有洗罐器的喷咀;制定粘油、滑油罐车机械化洗刷作业过程,为研究和改进洗罐站及洗罐机械设备设计取得生产实践资料。从这次进行的四十辆粘油、滑油罐车洗刷试验中说明:机械化洗刷的效果较好,洗刷的罐车质量较高,较原有洗罐作业方法缩短了作业时间,改善了工人
