草鱼早繁可以相对增加当年生长时间,缩短生长周期,从而培育出大规格的鱼种,有利于商品鱼生产。全国各地对于草鱼提早产卵主要措施有利用工厂余热水、地下温泉水以及建筑玻璃温室、塑料大棚等提高水温,从而使草鱼性腺提前发育成熟而实现的。据《长江鱼类》等研究材料表明,草鱼在长江天然产卵时间在4月底、5月初,一般江水上涨得早且猛,水温又能稳定在18℃左右,草鱼产卵即具规模。我们根据草鱼这一特性,从2000—2002年,连续三年,结合现有四大家鱼人工繁殖技术,在池塘里进一步加强模拟其天然生态条件,同时在人工繁殖过程中采用雌雄鱼两次同步注射法,取得了令人满意的结果。现将试验研究情况简述如下:
Early grass carp can increase relative growth time of the year, shorten the growth cycle, thus cultivating a large size of fish species, is conducive to the production of fish products. The main measures for early laying of grass carp across the country include the use of factory waste heat water, underground hot spring water, and building glasshouses and plastic greenhouses to raise the water temperature so that the gonads of grass carp develop and mature prematurely. According to the “Yangtze River Fish” and other research materials show that grass carp in the Yangtze River natural spawning time in late April and early May, the general rise of the river earlier and fierce, water temperature can be stabilized at about 18 ℃, grass carp spawning that scale. According to the characteristics of grass carp, we continuously simulate its natural ecological conditions in the pond from 2000 to 2002 for three consecutive years in combination with the existing four artificial breeding techniques for domestic fish.
