我代表云南省民办科技机构管理委员会,祝贺玉溪地区科委、民办科技管委会,召开贯彻实施《云南省民办科技企业条例》(以下称《条例》)会议,获得圆满成功!这次会议必将使《条例》得到有效的贯彻执行,推动玉溪地区民办科技的发展,也将为《云南省民办科技企业条例实施细则》(以下称《实施细则》)的顺利出台作出积极的贡献,在此对玉溪行署、科委等有关部门及领导表示感谢。我就贯彻《条例》和推动民办科技的发展讲点意见:
On behalf of the Management Committee of the Yunnan Provincial People’s Government Science and Technology Institute, I congratulated the Yuxi District Science and Technology Commission and the People’s Office Technology Management Committee for convening the “Regulations on the Yunnan Privately-owned Enterprise Technology Enterprise” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) to be a complete success!
