从今年9月伊始,我接手“9+3”学生班主任工作到现在已经一学期了,在这一学期的班级管理中,总的来说,班上基本上是比较平稳的。本人在班级管理的过程中,也有颇多的感慨,收获了许多,也摸索出一些有效的班级管理办法,现对“9+3”学生班级管理谈一点我个人的做法和体会。一、本班“9+3”学生的基本情况我班共有学生53名,其中“9+3”学生9名,汉族学生3名,彝族学生6名,全部都是男生,年龄最小的17岁,最大的20岁。报到时间从9月中旬持续到10月中旬。
