近年来,我国财政改革,加大了对农业的投入力度,通过农村税费改革和农村综合改革,对信阳市新农村的建设有了良好开端,迈出了历史性的一步,根据该市实际情况,积极推进新农村建设。虽然财政在支持新农村建设中取得了明显的成效,但也存在诸多明显的问题,本文将以财政支农涉及的一些相关问题、以及如何推进新农村综合实验区发展略谈自己的一些看法。
