采用二步法制备了聚氨酯 /乙烯基酯树脂互穿聚合物网络 ,动态力学分析法研究了IPN的阻尼性能。结果表明 ,聚氨酯 /乙烯基酯树脂互穿聚合物网络出现宽温度阻尼范围。当聚氨酯 /乙烯基酯树脂 =40 /60时 ,材料的宽温度范围的阻尼性能最好。在体系中引入柔性链可改善低温阻尼性能 ,而引入刚性链则降低阻尼值、提高阻尼温度、阻尼温度范围变窄。在体系中引入大侧基能显著提高聚氨酯 /乙烯基酯树脂互穿聚合物网络的阻尼性能 ,提高交联密度会使阻尼性能大大降低。
The polyurethane / vinyl ester resin interpenetrating polymer network was prepared by two-step method. The dynamic mechanical analysis method was used to study the damping property of IPN. The results show that the polyurethane / vinyl ester resin interpenetrating polymer network appears wide temperature damping range. When the polyurethane / vinyl ester resin = 40/60, the damping properties of the material over the wide temperature range are best. The introduction of flexible chain in the system can improve the low temperature damping performance, while the introduction of rigid chain reduces the damping value, increase the damping temperature, damping temperature range narrowing. The introduction of large side groups in the system can significantly improve the damping properties of polyurethane / vinyl ester resin interpenetrating polymer network, and improve the crosslinking density will greatly reduce the damping performance.
