目的观察尼莫地平对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗作用。方法选择100例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予加用尼莫地平口服。结果治疗组的神经系统症状、体征及正中神经、胫神经的神经传导速度改善明显。结论尼莫地平治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好疗效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of nimodipine on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 100 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given routine treatment. The treatment group was treated with nimodipine on the basis of routine treatment. Results The neurological symptoms and signs of the treatment group and the nerve conduction velocity of the median nerve and the tibial nerve were significantly improved. Conclusion Nimodipine has a good therapeutic effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
