随着我国改革开放,以及外资企业的进入,CFO 这一英文缩写也被广泛使用。虽然许多人不能够准确的说出 CFO 职责定位,但是 CFO 这一称谓和概念已经交得耳熟能详。CFO 的职业生涯,已经跨越了国界限制、贫富限制、体制限制,成为经济社会不可或缺的重要元素。笔者认为,作为首席财务官,OFO 首先要理顺和定位好两种关系:一是与社会经济的宏观关系,二是与企业的微观关系。CFO 明确了与社会经济的关系之后,才能解决好与企业的关系,下面具体从两方面来谈谈 OFO 在企业中的角色与定位。

In my opinion, as chief financial officer, OFO must first straighten out and position two kinds of relations: one is the macro-relationship with the social economy, and the other is the micro-relationship with the enterprise. CFO clear social and economic relations, we can solve the relationship with the business, the following specific from two aspects to talk about OFO’s role in the enterprise and positioning.
