目的:研究天名精的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-20柱层析进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果:从天名精的乙酸乙酯部位浸膏中分离纯化了10个化合物,分别鉴定为:Vomifoliol(Ⅰ)、2-Desoxy-4-epi-pulchellin(Ⅱ)、8-epi-Confertin(Ⅲ)、1-epi-Inuviscolide(Ⅳ)、特勒内酯(Ⅴ)、Isotelekin(Ⅵ)、4(15)-β-Epoxyisotelekin(Ⅶ)、天名精内酯酮(Ⅷ)、天名精内酯醇(Ⅸ)、3-Deuteriomethyl-5-methyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran(Ⅹ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ和Ⅹ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Tianmingjing. Methods: The constituents were separated and purified by silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral data analysis. Results: Ten compounds were isolated and purified from the extract of nimodipine in ethyl acetate fraction and identified as Vomifoliol (Ⅰ), 2-Desoxy-4-epi-pulchellin (Ⅱ) and 8-epi-Confertin ), 1-epi-Inuviscolide (Ⅳ), Tellaton (Ⅴ), Isotelekin (Ⅵ), 4 (15) -β-Epoxyisotelekin Ester alcohol (IX), 3-Deuteriomethyl-5-methyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran (X). Conclusion: Among them, compounds Ⅰ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ and Ⅹ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
