目的:观察血清糖基化低密度脂蛋白及循环免疫复合物的变化与2 型糖尿病大血管病变的关系.方法:对 58 例2 型糖尿病2 型糖尿病病人(30 例有大血管病变,28 例无血管病变)及46 例正常人,采用氯化硝基四唑氮蓝还原比色法测定了血清糖化低密度脂蛋白(糖化 L D L),采用聚乙二醇沉淀法测定了循环免疫复合物( C I C).结果:2 型糖尿病并发大血管病变组与无血管病变组之间比较,糖化 L D L、 C I C水平明显升高.2 型糖尿病病人血清糖化 L D L水平与 C I C的水平呈极显著正相关.结论:2 型糖尿病病人血清糖化 L D L及 C I C的增高与其大血管病变密切相关,糖化 L D L及 C I C的代谢异常对于 2 型糖尿病大血管病变的发生有协同作用.“,”Objective: This paper was designed to observe the relationship between macroangiopathy and serum glycosylated low density lipoprotein (GlyLDL) as well as circulating immune complexes (CIC) in patients with tpye 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: We measured the levels of plasma GlyLDL with nitroblue tetrazolium reduction technique and CIC with polyethylene glycol precipitation method. 58 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 46 healthy controls were selected. Among the patients 30 were complicated with macroangiopathy and 28 were not. Results: The levels of plasma GlyLDL and CIC from type 2 diabetes mellitus subjects in those with macroangiopathy complication were significantly higher than in those without complication. Conclusions: Remarkably positive correlation was present between the level of plasma GlyLDL and that of plasma CIC in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The elevated levels of GlyLDL and CIC were closely related to the incidence of macroangiopathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Abnormal GlyLDL and CIC acted synergetically on the development of macroangiopathy.
