目的:观察A/B超联合定位下Nd:YAG激光治疗玻璃体混浊的疗效。方法:2015年1月至2016年3月主诉眼前有黑影飘动的患者177例181只眼纳入治疗组,应用ELLEX公司YAG激光消融机对玻璃体混浊进行激光消融治疗。激光治疗后随访1d、1周、1月、3月,观察患者改善情况,评估患者症状。结果:181只眼中,不同病因所致症状完全消失133只眼(占73.48%),好转48只眼(占26.52%),无效0只眼。其中玻璃体后脱离(PVD)患眼症状完全消失115只眼(占79.86%),好转29只眼(占20.14%)。高度近视患眼症状完全消失8只眼(占29.63%),好转19只眼(占70.37%)。玻璃体液化变性患眼症状完全消失10只眼(占100%)。治疗后随访3月未出现与治疗相关的视力及视野损伤,未出现眼压升高、晶状体损伤,未出现视网膜血管损伤等。结论:A/B超联合定位下Nd:YAG激光治疗玻璃体混浊可以改善视觉质量,是一个安全、操作简便、可重复的治疗方法。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Nd: YAG laser treatment of vitreous opacity under A / B ultrasonography. Methods: From January 2015 to March 2016, 177 patients (181 eyes) with prevalent flares were included in the treatment group. ELLEX YAG laser ablation was used to treat vitreous opacities by laser ablation. Follow-up 1d, 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after laser treatment. Observe the improvement of patients and evaluate the symptoms. Results: In 181 eyes, 133 eyes (73.48%) disappeared completely due to different etiologies, 48 eyes improved (26.52%) and 0 eyes did not. Among them, 115 eyes (79.86%) were completely disappeared in vitreous detachment (PVI), 29 eyes improved (20.14%). Eighty eyes (29.63%) and 19 eyes (70.37%) improved in patients with high myopia. Vitreous liquefaction of the eye symptoms disappeared 10 eyes (100%). Follow-up treatment after 3 months did not appear with the treatment of visual acuity and visual field damage, no increased intraocular pressure, lens damage, no retinal vascular injury. Conclusion: Nd: YAG laser treatment of vitreous opacity can improve visual quality under A / B ultrasonography. It is a safe, simple and reproducible treatment.
