住房,总是那么牵动人心。在今年的全国两会上,房价问题注定再次成为代表、委员热议的焦点之一。在两会召开前夕,“楼市调控何去何从?”列社会关切的八大热点民生问题之首。作为楼市调控的重要组成部分,保障房建设显得格外引人注目。保障房建设关系国计民生,既考验政府执政能力,也推动其向服务型政府转变。作为重大惠民工程,中央高度重视保障房建设:2008年全国开工建设保障房,至2011年,竣工800万套,2011年又开工1000万套,并要求在“十二五”期间,全国要建设3600万套。江西于前不久出台相关文件,全省实行经济适用住房、廉租住房、公共租赁住房“三合一”、并轨建设、租售并举。
