带状疱疹是由一种20面体的DNA亲神经性水痘-带状疱疹病毒所致的皮肤病。近年来发病率有增加的倾向。好发年龄渐移向青老年患者,且以免疫功能低下者多见,儿童较少发病。为探讨新疗法及提高治愈率,我科1982年以来,对带状疱疹病人在采用转移因子、维生素B_1、维生素B_(12)、病毒灵等治疗的基础上,分别加用皮质激素和He-Ne激光治疗,取得了较好的疗效,尤以加用He-Ne激光为佳,现报告如下,并与加用激素组进行对比分析。临床资料一、一般情况:两组140名患者中,男80例,女60例,男:女=1.3:1。最小2岁,最大79岁,平均年龄:43.17岁。激光组平均年龄为43岁,激素组平均年龄为46岁,两组平均年龄之差不超过5岁。二、发病部位:见表1。
