历史地看,英语教育资源配置不均是造成地区发展不平衡和西部英语教育与科研瓶颈的主因之一,但现实中管理低效,教研方法落后,教育理念陈旧,这才是真正的病灶。历经探索,靠背西北师范大学英语基地的强大支撑,甘肃省嘉峪关市酒钢三中探索出了一条较为行之有效的解决办法。教育管理要尊重创造,教研要探索“翻转”的模式,英语教育要立德树人。实践初步证明,这是一种捷径,既能有效消除东西部英语教育资源配置的不均,又能凸显地域教改特色,后起者也可居上。 Historically, the uneven distribution of resources in English education is one of the major causes of imbalance in regional development and bottlenecks in western English education and research. However, in reality, inefficient management, backward teaching and research methods, and obsolete educational concepts are the real causes.
