1.时代性。医院总是生存在具有一定时代性特点的社会环境里,社会环境极大地影响着医院职工每一个人的思想和医院的经营思想、经营目标、经营方式,而这些又都是医院精神形成的基础。因此,一定社会环境条件下所提出的医院精神,必定具有这个时代的精神风貌和思想特点。比如说,在我国社会主义市场经济正高速发展的今天,我们在医院精神里就不可能只提倡“无私奉献”,而忽视这个时代的经济性特点。否则,医院精神就很难使职工产生思想上的共鸣。
