本文重读毛泽东《体育之研究》一文,运用文中蕴含的体育思想,结合高校阳光体育运动开展的现状,对其存在的问题进行深刻剖析,并最终得出“高校阳光体育应加强体育理论课的教学力度、高校阳光体育运动应注重大学生体育兴趣的培养、应加强高校阳光体育运动与终身体育的衔接”几点启示,希冀能为高校阳光体育运动更深入、更持久的发展提供一些有益的思路。
