1981年3月6日至15日,中国公路学会桥梁委员会和交通部公路规划设计院联合在杭州召开了关于《公路桥涵设计规范》(以下简称《桥规》)的公路桥梁专题讨论会。来自48个单位的92名代表出席了会议。其中除中央和地方交通系统的代表外,还有铁道、林业系统的代表参加。会议共收到各类专题报告或论文52篇,对以下28个专题进行了讨论,具体内容为:①关于钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土结构方面的有:钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土受弯构件正截面强变计算、偏心受力构件正截面强度计算,钢筋混凝土受弯构件斜截面抗剪强度
From March 6 to March 15, 1981, the Bridge Committee of China Highway Society and the Highway Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Communications jointly held a symposium on highway bridges in Hangzhou on the “Code for Design of Highway Bridges and Culverts” (hereinafter referred to as “Bridge Regulations”). 92 delegates from 48 units attended the meeting.
