有一台4125A型发动机加速缓慢,发动机超负荷时供不上油。分析认为是喷油泵和调速器机件发卡,造成调速不灵敏,加油缓慢。检查喷油泵柱塞副、调节叉和调节臂,泵拉杆与套都不发卡;调速器推力盘、传动盘磨损不严重,飞球座在支架上滑动自如。最后卸下调速器支承轴,发现支承轴的安装弹簧座处一侧磨出痕迹,原因是支承轴歪斜,使调速弹簧座在支承轴上移动困难,造成调速不灵敏。
