本文基于上海工程技术大学材料学院“塑料模课程设计”教学改革实践,探讨以面向工程实践与创新设计能力培养为目的的实践教学实施方法。本文提出从教学进度、教学方式上进行改革,导入“项目教学法”进行教学实践,将模具设计的相关理论和课程设计过程相结合,以项目为案例,组织教、学、做一体化。为达到模具设计师职业资格要求,在教学改革过程中,扩展实践教学内容,引入CAD/CAE技术和模具标准件的应用,建立了注塑模课程设计项目库,并制定新的与之相适应的课程设计操作流程,以达到与培养企业需求相一致的课程实践教学改革的目的。
Based on the practice of teaching reform of plastic mold course design in Materials Engineering College of Shanghai University of Engineering Science, this article discusses the practice teaching method of practice teaching aimed at engineering practice and innovative design ability training. In this paper, we put forward the teaching reform from the teaching progress and teaching methods, and introduce the “Project Teaching Method” to carry out the teaching practice. Combining the related theory of mold design and curriculum design process, taking the project as a case, organizing teaching, learning and integration . In order to meet the professional requirements of mold designers, during the course of teaching reform, the content of practical teaching is expanded, the application of CAD / CAE technology and mold standard parts are introduced, the project library of injection mold curriculum design is established, and a new compatible Curriculum design and operation flow, in order to achieve and cultivate the needs of enterprises consistent curriculum reform teaching practice purposes.
