薄腹屋面梁广泛用于工业厂房建筑中,由于运输不便,多在现场制作。过去采用木模施工,既费工又费料。我们在15m跨薄腹梁制作中,采用现场砖地模工艺,只使用了少量木模板,降低了造价,且成模质量好。若采用早强剂,构件可在4d后起吊堆放。砖地模稍做修补即可重复使用。现将其施工工艺介绍如下: 1.抄平放线 (1)将场地整平,放线后将线内地面夯实。 (2)按薄腹梁实样放线:
Thin-walled roof beams are widely used in industrial plant buildings, and are often produced on-site due to inconvenience of transportation.
