利用液培和土培的方式研究了植物生长调节剂“891”对小麦幼苗抗旱性的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施100μg/ml和300μg/ml的“891”溶液可明显提高水分胁迫下小麦幼苗的叶绿素含量和光合速率,降低叶片气孔阻力,增强多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性。过氧化物酶同工酶电泳表明,除了原有各酶带的活性增加外,还新增了P1,P2,P9和P104条酶带。在提高小麦幼苗抗旱性方面,100μg/ml“891”效果较好。
The effects of plant growth regulator 891 on the drought resistance of wheat seedlings were studied by using liquid culture and soil culture. The results showed that the application of 100μg / ml and 300μg / ml “891” solution could significantly increase the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of wheat seedling under water stress, decrease the stomatal resistance and increase the activity of polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase . Peroxidase isoenzyme electrophoresis showed that in addition to the original activity of each enzyme band increased, but also added P1, P2, P9 and P104 bands. In the aspect of improving the drought resistance of wheat seedling, 100μg / ml “891” is better.
