文章旨在研究行业内国际竞争力以及地区间失业率水平如何影响中国本土企业结构调整。通过采用世界银行工业调查数据库中12 400份分布在中国100多个大中小型城市中的企业调查数据,研究发现,行业内国际竞争力的增加会对该行业中本土企业最优国有控股比率水平产生负向影响。当该本土企业相对于同行业内的外资企业在生产效率方面异常低效时,该负向效应将会逆转为正向。同时指出,地区间失业率水平将对该地区本土企业最优国有控股比率水平产生正向影响。
The article aims to examine how the international competitiveness of the industry and the level of inter-regional unemployment affect the structural adjustment of Chinese enterprises. Using the 12,400 corporate survey data distributed in over 100 large, medium and small-sized cities in China’s industrial survey database, we find that an increase in the international competitiveness of the industry will affect the optimal state-owned share ratio Have a negative impact. This negative effect will be reversed to a positive one when the local enterprise is unusually inefficient in terms of production efficiency relative to foreign-funded enterprises in the same industry. At the same time, it points out that the level of inter-regional unemployment will have a positive impact on the optimal state-owned share ratio of local enterprises in the region.
