校园文化建设不仅是实现素质教育的有效载体,也是检验学校人才培养水平的标准之一,加强校园文化建设是高等教育尤其是职业教育的重要任务之一。江西环境工程职业学院以技能竞赛主题活动为主线,围绕“稳规模、强内涵、提效率”的办学思路,形成了以“崇德尚能、立艺树人”为主旨的特色校园文化。进一步提高了教师的专业素养、提升了学生专项技能、促进了教学改革与教学内涵建设,全面提升人才培养质量。
The construction of campus culture is not only an effective carrier to realize quality education, but also one of the standards to test the personnel training level in schools. Strengthening campus culture construction is one of the important tasks of higher education, especially vocational education. Jiangxi Environmental Engineering Vocational College takes the theme activity of skills competition as the main line, and has formed the characteristic of “Zonta Shangneng, LiYeShuShu” based on the idea of “stable scale, strong content and efficiency” campus culture. Further enhance the professionalism of teachers, enhance students’ special skills, promote teaching reform and teaching connotation construction, and comprehensively enhance the quality of personnel training.
