针对加热反应炉运行过程要控制炉内的液面、温度、压力,控制过程比较复杂容易出现故障,所以用MCGS软件开发监控系统。以便于在热反应炉在运行过程中监控并控制现场炉内的液面、温度、压力,以及可以设置液面、温度、压力的给定值。具有较高的工程应用价值。本文根据工程实例加热反应炉自动控制系统,详细描述了如何应用MCGS组态软件,完成工程中涉及到动画制作、控制流程的编写、变量设计、定时器构件的使用等多项组态操作。
