为确定茄子种子是否带有病原菌并探索解决途径,进行了种子表面菌落检测和药剂处理试验。结果表明,茄子种子外表皮布满黑根霉为主的腐生菌落,分离纯化后进一步检测到大丽轮枝菌,内表皮不带菌。采用本研究室配制的药剂20L(其中包括5L成膜剂、19g咯菌腈和8g赤霉素)对100kg种子进行处理,不仅可以抗菌,而且可明显提高种子发芽率,延长贮藏时间。
To determine whether the eggplant seeds with pathogenic bacteria and to explore ways to solve the surface of the seed colony detection and drug treatment experiments. The results showed that the outer skin of eggplant was covered with Rhizopus nigricans-based saprophytic colonies. After isolation and purification, further detection of Verticillium dahliae, the inner skin without bacteria. Treating 100kg seed with 20L (including 5L film-forming agent, 19g fludioxonil and 8g gibberellin) prepared in this research room not only can be antibacterial, but also can obviously improve the seed germination rate and prolong the storage time.
