已有间歇运动机构大多存在冲击力大、停歇时间短等缺陷。现提出一种多等圆弧行星轮间歇机构,在研究其构成及工作原理的基础上,找出一个周期内六种状态下的运动规律,建立了相应数学模型,给出了各运动参数随主动太阳轮转角变化的关系曲线,开展了平稳性实验研究并对参数进行了综合讨论与优化,与外槽轮相比,角加速度平均由5.41rad/s2下降到1.35rad/s2,有效地解决了间歇机构运动过程中的不平稳性,最大停歇时间可达120°,实用价值明显。
Most of the institutions that have intermittent exercise have large impact, short stoppage time and other defects. Based on the study of the structure and working principle of the multi-circular arc planetary wheel intermittent mechanism, the motion law of six kinds of states in one cycle is found out, and the corresponding mathematical model is established.
