★ 今年初江西省吉安地区行政公署印发了《关于进一步完善国有小企业改革有关问题的意见》,对国有企业改革中的社会保险等问题作出了具体规定,并要求全区各县市统一按此规定执行。主要内容有: 一、改制企业应继续参加国家法定的社会保险(含养老、失业、工伤、医疗和生育保险)。职工无论入股与否,企业和职工本人均应按照有关规定参保和缴费,同时享受相应的社会保险待遇。
