AT & T Communications is proposing a 1.544 Mb / s standard for videoconferencing equipment that can work in the United States. In order to ensure the compatibility of video conferencing equipment among countries, CCITT made recommendations in 1984, which set out the feasibility of codec television signal processing equipment. This codec is a device that converts analog signals and digital signals into analog signals.
