建筑业是国民经济的重要生产部门,与国家经济发展、人民生活密切相关。有效的监管对保证工程质量和安全、促进建筑业又好又快发展意义重大。近年来建筑业的快速发展对安全管理提出了更高的要求。为应对日趋复杂的建设领域突发事件形势,建设部全面加强建设系统应急管理工作,取得了明显成效。日前,本刊“高端访谈”栏目记者采访了建设部副部长黄卫。
