随着信息化时代的到来和人们维权意识的不断增强,法院网站已不仅仅是法院工作宣传和展示的窗口,它越来越成为法院履行职能、服务于当事人和公众的重要平台和途径,其功能日益丰富而突显。因此,在理论上和实践上对法院网站建设进行探讨和分析十分有必要。本文主要以广西基层法院为切入点,分析其网站建设的现状以及存在的问题,并针对问题提出相应的建议,从而为促进广西基层法院网站建设提供有效参考。
With the advent of the information age and people’s growing awareness of protecting their rights, the court website has become more than just a window for the promotion and display of court work. It has become an increasingly important platform and channel for courts to perform their duties and serve their clients and the public. Increasingly rich and prominent features. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss and analyze the construction of the court website theoretically and practically. This article mainly takes the grass-roots court in Guangxi as an entry point, analyzes the status quo and existing problems of its website construction, and puts forward corresponding suggestions according to the problems so as to provide an effective reference for promoting the construction of Guangxi grass-roots court websites.
