[目的]探寻妊娠期高血压患者胎盘中MMP-9、TIMP-1和VEGF的表达、相互关系及其意义。[方法]随机选择妊娠期高血压孕妇85例为病例组,同期住院的正常孕妇70例为对照组,采用免疫组化染色SP法测定胎盘组织中MMP-9、TIMP-1和VEGF的表达。[结果]病例组胎盘组织中MMP-9、TIMP-1、VEGF蛋白的表达均低于对照组(P﹤0.05);胎盘组织中MMP-9与VEGF的表达呈明显的正相关(P﹤0.05),相关系数为0.429。[结论]MMP-9/TIMP-1和VEGF均参与了妊娠期高血压疾病的发生,MMP-9/TIMP-1和VEGF协同作用,形成和加速妊娠期高血压疾病的发生发展。
[Objective] To investigate the expression, correlation and significance of MMP-9, TIMP-1 and VEGF in placenta of hypertensive patients during pregnancy. [Method] 85 pregnant women with gestational hypertension were randomly selected as the case group and 70 normal pregnant women in the same period as the control group. The expression of MMP-9, TIMP-1 and VEGF in placenta were determined by immunohistochemical SP method. [Results] The expression of MMP-9, TIMP-1 and VEGF in the placenta was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of MMP-9 and VEGF in the placenta ), The correlation coefficient is 0.429. [Conclusion] Both MMP-9 / TIMP-1 and VEGF are involved in the development of hypertensive disorders during pregnancy. The synergistic effect of MMP-9 / TIMP-1 and VEGF may form and accelerate the occurrence and development of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.
