车辆部门铆钉加热炉,长期以来一直采用煤炭、焦炭作燃料,不仅操作使用不便,而且污染环境;更主要是温度无法控制,容易造成铆钉烧化。 为了解决上述问题,太原北车辆段自行开发研制了燃油铆钉加热炉,燃料主要为旧轴油,旧柴油、煤油亦可。该燃油炉采用压缩空气通入油箱内,通过喷枪将油雾化喷入炉膛内燃烧的方法,将铆钉加热。铆钉可双排同时加热,一次可加热20多个铆钉,加热温度可在900～1100℃范围内调整,(控制喷油量,即可达到调整温度)最高温度可达1380℃,每小时耗油量为3kg。
