去年下半年以来,我厂产品销售不畅,产成品严重积压。1989年减收530万元,今年上半年又比上年同期减收280万元,比正常年份的库存量超存240万元,造成资金紧缺周转缓慢。面对上述严竣情况,我厂认真贯彻改革开放方针,开源节流,多渠道筹集资金。同时,又眼睛向内,挖潜创收,加速资金周转,从而保证了生产经营的正常进行,还保持了一定的经济效益。
