针对钢厂由于缺乏有效的钢包监控系统而造成巨大能源浪费和污染的问题,利用前沿的物联网多传感器数据融合技术,解决了钢厂恶劣环境下钢包号码、状态及位置的自动识别技术难题,完成了智能钢包监控系统的开发工作。在经过各种调试和优化后,已经将所开发的系统应用于炼钢厂生产过程中,该系统对炼钢厂的生产过程监控及管理起到了积极的作用,为钢厂的节能减排打下坚实的基础。
In view of the huge energy waste and pollution caused by the lack of an effective ladle monitoring system in the steel mills, the frontier IOT multi-sensor data fusion technology is adopted to solve the technical problem of automatic identification of ladle numbers, states and positions in harsh steel mills. Completed the intelligent ladle monitoring system development. After various debugging and optimization, the developed system has been applied to the steelworks production process. The system has played a positive role in the monitoring and management of the steelworks production process, laying down the energy saving emission reduction for the steelworks solid foundation.
