目的:比较2家医院门诊儿科处方质量,以利查找问题与差距,通过整改提高处方质量,提高药师业务水平。方法:随机抽查2家医院同日的门诊儿科处方,按《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》点评并归类,运用统计学手段得出结论。具体分析缺陷处方,特别关注抗菌药物合理使用。结果:2家医院门诊儿科处方在规范化、用药适宜性上存在较大差异。结论:经常共同开展处方点评的横断面比较,是提高处方质量,及提高药学人员业务水平的有效途径。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the quality of pediatric prescriptions in two outpatient clinics to facilitate the search for problems and gaps, improve the quality of prescriptions through rectification, and improve the standard of pharmacists. Methods: Outpatient pediatric prescriptions were randomly selected from two hospitals on the same day, and were reviewed and classified according to the “Management Rules of Hospital Prescription Reviews (for Trial Implementation)”, and the conclusions were obtained by means of statistics. Specific analysis of defects prescription, with particular attention to the rational use of antimicrobial agents. Results: The pediatric prescriptions in two hospitals were quite different in their standardization and medication suitability. CONCLUSIONS: The frequent cross-sectional comparisons of prescription reviews are often effective ways to improve the quality of prescriptions and improve the professional level of pharmacy staff.
