成本管理是地产开发投资项目管理的重中之重,直接影响着地产项目资金的正常运转,以及房地产企业经济效益目标的实现。本文以某房地产开发公司开发的A项目为例,从该地产项目成本管理的不同阶段入手,分析地产成本管理存在的突出问题,并提出解决对策。
Cost management is the top priority of real estate development investment project management, which directly affects the normal operation of real estate project funds and the realization of the economic benefits of real estate enterprises. Taking a project A developed by a real estate development company as an example, this article starts with the different phases of the cost management of the real estate project, analyzes the outstanding problems existing in the real estate cost management and puts forward the solutions.
