介绍了核安全一级阀门结构应力分析方法在阀门设计中的重要作用。以核安全一级电动截止阀为例,采用规范法和分析法对阀门的承压边界进行了力学分析和计算,并对阀门主法兰和连接螺栓的计算结果作了对比和评价。
The important function of the stress analysis method of the first-stage nuclear safety valve structure in valve design is introduced. Taking the nuclear safety level electric cut-off valve as an example, the pressure boundary of the valve was analyzed and calculated by the standard method and the analytical method. The calculation results of the main flange and the connecting bolt were compared and evaluated.
