本文介绍了采用热线风速仪测量柴油机涡流室内涡流及紊流的结果。用计算机及统计技术完成了试验数据的采集及处理,测量了拖动工况下吊钟形涡流室内的气流平均速度、紊流强度以及作补偿运算用的气体温度和压力等参数,研究了涡流室内的气流切向速度、紊流强度和气体温度的空间分布及其随曲轴转角变化的规律。试验结果表明:在压缩终了附近,吊钟形涡流室内的空气涡流可近似当作“半自由”涡流,而涡流室内的紊流场是非均匀非各向同性的,即主涡流方向的紊流强度远远大于其它两个方向的紊流强度,涡流室内右侧(通道喉口一侧)和中心附近的紊流强度较高,涡流室底部通道两侧拐角处的紊流强度较低。
This article describes the use of hot-wire anemometer vortex turbulence and turbulence measurement results.
