本研究根据心理投射原理,采用绘图、识图、补画等墨迹测量方法,对体院学生在跳远动作技能学习过程中的动作表象水平进行了实测,作者为探查动作表象而编制的三项测量工具,经实测应用与检验结果表明有较好的信度、效度。研究结果还表明在运动技能学习过程中,不同学习者对不同动作环节的认知存在着“选择”差别,其认知水平与操作水平的关系大致可分为四种类型。本项研究不仅为揭示运动技能形成过程探查“S-R”间的中介变量提供了“白化”手段,同时还为了解技能学习过程中不同学习者的个体认知水平的差异与学习方法,以及在教学指导过程中贯彻区别对待原则提供了理论依据。
According to the principle of psychological projection, this study uses the ink measurement methods such as drawing, recognition drawing and make up drawing to measure the performance level of physical activity during the long jump exercise skill learning of college students. The results also show that in the learning process of motor skills, different learners have different “choice” differences in cognition of different movements. The relationship between cognitive level and operational level can be divided into four types. This study not only provides “whitening” means to reveal the mediating variables of “SR” during the formation of motor skills, but also aims to understand the differences and learning methods of different learners’ individual cognition in the process of skill learning, It provides a theoretical basis for carrying out the principle of discrimination in guiding process.
