一、引言2007年中国港口“风云人物”是指拥有管理专长、在本年度对港口企业、港口区域经济做出贡献的港口企业家。港口企业家具有社会责任感、专业知识、创新能力和人格魅力,对全球化背景下中国港口经济充满信心,并以开拓精神参与创新与变革,推动港口经济发展。港口企业家以资本创造价值,以智慧引导未来,在全社会引起广泛共鸣。《2007中国港口十大风云人物》将详细阐述十大风云人物的评比目的和意义、理论依据及上榜理由评价,尤其着重阐述港口企业家精神、影响力、企业价值、贡献度、个人魅力等原则。同时,我们在上榜理由中,对每位风云人物
