几天前,昭奋同志来说,《世界建筑》创刊十周年了,要写些文章纪念纪念,我的记忆忽然格外好了起来。十年来跟《世界建筑》的亲密关系,都成了一个个小故事,象一长列火车,在眼前一节又一节地闪过。十一年前一天黎明,对着苦干了一整夜,已经精疲力尽的吕增标同志,我泪眼模糊地说过:如果将来我写中国当代建筑史,一定要把《世界建筑》的创办经过写进去。在去年发表的《中国当代建筑史论纲》里,我写了一段:“最早打开对外窗子的是《世界建筑》双月刊。
