研究了废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)制备的苯丙乳液(SAE)在砂浆中的应用。TEM、粒径分布及红外光谱结果表明,制备的苯丙乳液颗粒直径为350nm左右,乳液颗粒性能稳定,成膜性能良好,并能应用于砂浆增粘增韧改性。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果显示SAE在砂浆中能形成抑制水泥水化的聚合物膜,虽然抗压强度有所降低,但提高了砂浆的粘结强度与韧性。SAE改性砂浆与EPS泡沫板材的粘结强度随SAE掺量的增加明显增大,当掺量为6%左右时,破坏形式基本为EPS板材内聚破坏,确认了SAE对砂浆的增粘性能。砂浆的压折比随SAE掺量增加先明显减小,后稍微增加,当掺量为4%左右时,压折比最小,砂浆的韧性得到良好改善。
The application of styrene-acrylic emulsion (SAE) prepared from waste polystyrene foam (EPS) in mortar was studied. The results of TEM, particle size distribution and infrared spectroscopy show that the diameter of the prepared styrene acrylic emulsion is about 350 nm, the emulsion particles are stable, the film forming properties are good, and can be applied to the toughening and toughening of mortar. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results show that SAE can form a polymer film that inhibits the hydration of cement in the mortar. Although the compressive strength is reduced, the bond strength and toughness of the mortar are improved. The bond strength of SAE modified mortar and EPS foam board increased with the increase of SAE content. When the content of SAE modified mortar was about 6%, the destruction form was the cohesive failure of EPS board, which confirmed that the adhesion of SAE to mortar . The compression ratio of mortar decreases obviously with the increase of SAE content, and then increases slightly. When the content is about 4%, the compression ratio is the smallest and the toughness of mortar is improved well.
