汪胡桢(北京水利水电学院):岩基上混凝土坝抗滑稳定是水工设计中一个重要的问题。国内外已有不少文献涉及,众论纷纭,但已经应用到设计中的仍不外原文中的(1),(3)两式。我们知道式(1)在水工设计中尽管浮托力U、水庫地震力等还不能精密算定,但基本上垂直作用力与水平推力都是可以计算的,最成问题的就是摩擦系数f。
