本文叙述对拉削镍基高温合金GH_(37)时已加工表面上出现的麻坑现象进行的科学研究。本文作者采用了光学金相显微镜、测量表面粗糙度的双管显微镜、表面轮廓仪、扫描电子显微镜和电子探针能量谱分析等仪器和方法,对麻坑进行了观察和测试,并对观察和测试的结果进行了分析,从而得出了麻坑的性质、产生的原因及对疲劳强度的影响的初步结论;指出这种麻坑是在切削过程中产生的;是在不形成节状切屑或积屑瘤的情况下,由刀具的后刀面与切削表面层冷焊所形成的一种鳞刺;并提出这种鳞刺的形成机理。作者还分析了这种麻坑在不同受力情况下对疲劳强度的影响,指出对于所研究的具体零件的受力情况,这种麻坑对零件疲劳强度的影响不大。
This paper describes the scientific research on the phenomenon of crater that appears on the machined surface during the broaching of nickel-based superalloy GH_ (37). It was pointed out that the pit was produced during the cutting process, In the case of BUE, a scale formed by cold welding between the flank of the cutting tool and the cutting surface layer; and the formation mechanism of this scale was proposed. The author also analyzes the effect of such pit on the fatigue strength under different stress conditions, and points out that the impact of such pit on the fatigue strength of the part is not significant for the stress of the specific part studied.
