对熔盐氯化所生产粗TiCl4固含量偏高的原因进行了分析,指出熔盐氯化环节的入炉原料、氯化温度及熔盐体系构成,收尘环节的收尘室温度、收尘室连接方式,淋洗环节的淋洗温度、循环泵槽配置,沉降环节的搅拌速率、沉降时间均是导致粗TiCl4固含量偏高的因素,并探讨了相关对策。
The reasons for the high solid content of crude TiCl4 produced by molten salt chlorination are analyzed.
