Over the past five years, the special care work in Anhui Province has achieved great success under the leadership and care of the superior party and government. Especially since June 1, 1951, the Chinese People’s Korean Warmyovernment General Assembly issued the call to the people throughout the country for the promotion of patriotic conventions, the donation of aircraft cannon and the promotion of martyrdom, and the special care work has drawn the attention of all people.
