我于2011年7月从西安外国语大学毕业后,通过考试选拔,担任了六安市小学乡村特岗教师。在大学里,我受到很多先进教育教学理论的熏陶,学到许多课堂管理技巧。我踌躇满志地等待开学这一天,有信心在教室这个小舞台上展示自己的风采。没想到上课后,我发现,理论和实践差距甚远,所学的技巧找不到施展的空间。我满头雾水,不知所措。我带的是一年级。每次上课,总有好几个学生调皮捣乱,随便下位
After graduating from Xi’an International Studies University in July 2011, I passed the examination and selection and served as a post teacher in the village of Lu’an Elementary School. In college, I was influenced by many advanced education and teaching theories and learned many classroom management skills. I am proud to wait for school day, confident in the classroom this stage show their own style. Did not expect after class, I found that the theory and practice are far apart, the skills learned can not find room for development. I am confused, overwhelmed. I brought the first grade. Each class, there are always several students mischievous trouble, casually bit
