思想政治工作在不同的历史时期有其不同的特定内容和方式方法。从对宁武县几个乡村的调查情况看,当前农村思想政治工作中存在一些问题亟需改进。1、变孤军作战为群体活动,多层次、多柔道的开展思想政治工作。现行农村思想政治工作体制难以形成强大合力,不适应农民分散劳动、流动量大等特点。目前多数村是单靠党支部做农民思想工作,80％的农村思想工作处于“统不起、放不下,几个干部瞎咋咋”的状态。必须整顿共青团、民兵、妇联组织,健全和恢复“青年之
