近年来,糖尿病患病率与日俱增。糖尿病患者常合并心血管疾病,易发生恶性心律失常,成为糖尿病患者致死的主要原因。心肌离子通道失衡是糖尿病患者发生心律失常的主要病理生理基础,胰岛素抵抗与心血管并发症的发生密切相关。雄激素由胆固醇合成,具有改善胰岛素抵抗,增加胰岛素敏感性,调节心室肌复极化,发挥抗心律失常的作用。因此,雄激素的结构、功能及其在糖尿病心血管并发症中的作用受到极大关注。作者综述近年雄激素在糖尿病患者心律失常中作用的研究进展。
In recent years, the prevalence of diabetes is increasing. Diabetes patients often associated with cardiovascular disease, prone to malignant arrhythmia, become the leading cause of death in diabetic patients. Imbalance of myocardial ion channel is the main pathophysiological basis of arrhythmia in patients with diabetes. Insulin resistance is closely related to the occurrence of cardiovascular complications. Androgen, synthesized from cholesterol, has the effect of improving insulin resistance, increasing insulin sensitivity, regulating ventricular repolarization and playing anti-arrhythmia. Therefore, the structure and function of androgen and its role in cardiovascular complications of diabetes mellitus receive great attention. The authors review the research progress of the role of androgens in the arrhythmia of diabetic patients in recent years.
